Intentional Design

Psalm 139:13-16: For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are Your works, and that my soul knows very well. My frame was not hidden from You, when I was skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, the days fashioned for me, when as yet there were none of them.

·         Intentional Design: formed your very cells, your unique DNA – ON PURPOSE, with a PLAN, unique different set apart from the other 5 billion or so people on this planet!

o   INTENTIONAL: He laid out a series of good works for you from before the foundation of the world. He gave you gifts to ensure you accomplished those acts with His power, His love, and His strength; so that all would know you had spent time with Jesus.

o   DESIGN: God has an order and purpose for all He does. He never wastes anything. So often we think of our failures as lost time, but the great Redeemer even turns those around for good.

Ephesians 2:10:  For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Romans 8:28: And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

1 Corinthians 12:4-11: There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.  There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord.  And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of al]: for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit, to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills.

2 Corinthians 4:7: But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us.
